These Terms apply to everyone who uses this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
No accounts or online sales. Visitors cannot create accounts on this website, and no goods are sold or payments taken on it. The Museum Boutique offers a limited selection of enamel pieces, prints and archival books, available exclusively on-site.
Your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and names our Grievance Officer, to whom you may address any complaint about personal data.
By appointment only. Entry to the Museum is by prior appointment only. There is no admission fee, and no tickets are sold at the door.
Your request. Sending the Book Your Appointment form is a request for a visit. Your visit is booked once our team confirms your slot. We will be in touch within 24 hours of your request to confirm it. If your plans change, please write to info@momhindia.org and we will happily reschedule.
Other ways to book. If the security check on the booking form is a barrier for you, you can book by email or telephone, using the details under Contact below.
During your visit. The rules for visiting, including the dress code, photography and conduct in the galleries, are set out on our Museum Guidelines page. Please read them before your visit.
Special visits. For private collection viewings, editorial collaborations and international group visits, please write to us at least two weeks in advance.
The Personal Consultation form is for enquiries about bespoke commissions. Sending it is an enquiry only. It does not place an order or commit you or us to a commission. Consultation requests are handled by the atelier team of The House of Sunita Shekhawat, part of the company that operates the Museum. Any commission or other arrangement made with us is governed by the terms agreed for it.
The form shows a reference-image picker, but files are not currently uploaded. If you select a file, only its file name reaches us.
Age. Appointments and consultation requests must be submitted by an adult aged 18 or over.
Replying to you. Sending a form asks us to contact you about that request, using the details you give us. We handle any personal information you send us, through a form or by email, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your material stays yours. Sending us material does not transfer its ownership to us, and we do not claim any licence to publish it.
